At the beginning of the month I took off my mayoral robes and proudly put on my hard had, my hi viz jacket and steel boots and joined Essex Wharf Homes LLP and contractor Mulalley to celebrate the topping out of a brand new riverside development ‘Essex Wharf’ on the banks of the River Lea.
I was honoured to be asked to cement in the top of the roof deck to mark the completion of the development’s concrete structure! It was a fantastic event and I would like to pay credit to the developers Sherrygreen Homes Limited and A2 Dominion Group, as well as the contractors Mulalley for what they have achieved. I look forward to returning next year to see the completed homes!
